We Are in Training … Are You Joining Us?

I’m writing this after day 1 of Longevity Conference with David Wolfe and once again I am reminded of how important it is for us to get out from behind our computers and get into the community.

The world is transforming rapidly. I’m sure you can feel the evolutionary impulse quickening. And if you can’t, it’s very likely because you have shut down in numbness as a reaction to how much it all is to take in.

Numbness is not the answer, not in the emerging paradigm.

The answer is for us to get really good at handling whatever comes our way by activating the super powers that turn on when we wake up to what’s really going on and start living in deep integrity, alignment and congruence with reality.

Superpowers, training, waking up, congruence with reality … these words may be triggering your skepticism.  I understand.

My natural state is that of skeptic, but I’ve noticed that skepticism keeps me from truly loving my life, growing, stretching and receiving.

When I don’t believe, I do not receive. It’s as simple as that. When I let go of my disbelief and allow myself to relax into the possibility, magic shows up in my life. Again and again.

What has shown up now is a community of people who are modeling a new reality, one I never would have believed if I was not experiencing it for myself.

If you are ready to experience this new reality yourself, join us. Get into training now.

Train yourself to be as physically and emotionally prepared as possible for whatever comes your way.

Become a ninja who can kick the ass of every challenge thrown at you.

Move beyond survival and into surthrival (a word coined by Daniel Vitalis who started a company by the same name that guides people to thrive under all circumstances).

The healthier we are, both physically and emotionally, the more likely it will be that we can survive the stress, toxicity, and conflict that is escalating.  Circumstances may get really bad and we will be prepared and able to handle all of it.

So, what is this training?

  • Get free from relying on big corporations or the government for anything – your food, your pension, your job;
  • Learn to create and trade value, no matter what the state of our currency is;
  • Get as healthy as possible, emotionally and physically, so you can withstand any and all level of toxins, no matter whether they come on the physical or emotional plane.

Whether you can see it or not, you are already in training now.  Every circumstance, every experience, everything that is happening around you is a gift given to you so you can wake up and get free.

As soon as you can begin to see these circumstances (which may appear quite uncomfortable) as gifts, it will all begin to shift and you will be ready for the next level.

So, if you are ready to say yes to the training of your life, take the first step now.

1. Make a list of all the ways it feels like you are not getting what you want, like you are being hurt, challenged, in conflict, and frustrated.

2. Look at each one and ask yourself what you can let go of now that you are holding on to as a way of trying to control the situation.

3.  Write down your commitment to let go and stop trying to make something happen or be different.

4.  Thank the Universe, spirit, God or whatever you call it for giving you this experience so you can practice forgiveness, expansion, love, trust and letting go.

5.  Breathe.

And do me a favor, if you are joining us, comment below and let me know.  And let me know what you are letting go of today.

    This seems very timely “The answer is for us to get really good at handling whatever comes our way”. Adaptability and resilience are moving into the forefront as valuable skills to practice on a regular basis.

    Thanks Alexis!

    I totally connect with everything you said but I notice I had some resistance to the “stop trying to make something happen or be different” . This is a big theme of my life and yes, I can see how I have control issues here. . . . and I can see it is where a lot of my attention and energy gets siphoned away.

    The only thing I can change is myself in the face of whatever life brings. So my focus for letting go will be to stop trying to change anything “out there” and focus to be as awake as I can to create, manifest and exemplify values and principles that are true for me as an offering to others.

    I’m ready for the super-power state!

    Blessings! Rose

    I am letting go of trying to change myself. By experiencing myself just the way I am, I will naturally evolve to my next place. Anything else I try do do to change myself seems to just come from ego and non acceptance of me. That is resistance, and resistance stops change.

    On of my teachers says “One of the most important teachings of the dharma is that the content is not important. How you experience the Content… that is important. What ever is happening in your life, you must learn the art of experiencing it. That is the true ‘art of living’. The true art of living is to experience fully, totally and completely whatever is going on.”

    Thanks Alexis – a great exercise.
    Plenty of resistance in the beginning but I can clearly see & feel what is lacking.
    The biggest factor I feel is a lack in inner belief in myself, like I have forgotten what I am capable of. So with this I see deep ‘Trust in the Self’ incredibly important, trust in the soul I am, its ok that Im not totally understood by all.
    Thank you

    Great post, Alexis! Love the 5 steps and the idea of relaxing into possibility. I can apply this immediately to about 10 different situations. I’m a Ninja in training! Thanks.
