What I Would Have Said …

I’m here at Max Simon’s Your Big Launch Event in San Diego.

Last night, Max asked me to introduce him to open the event this morning and I said yes, of course.

The room is so beautiful. Quite different than other events I’ve been to and so perfectly Max.  I’ll try and get some pictures up for you.

Before the event started, Max gathered his team and reminded him that everything happening at the event is an out-picturing of their consciousness. Our collective consciousness.

I so feel that.  The mandala paintings are just like those that hang in my home.  The predominant purple color is the primary color I chose for my first business.

Max was my first truly entrepreneurial (non-lawyer) private client.

I was his first coach.

And I can see my vision for his business and for him emerging as the years pass and he steps more into the truth of who he really is and why he is really here, even though Max has not formally coached with me in more than 2 years. (Today, he coaches with John Assaraf.)

Before hiring me as his coach, Max was losing $4,000/mo. in his first business and I remember the moment we turned it all around.

We were sitting at my kitchen table and we visioned out the truth of Max.  Who he really is, what he really stands for and how to shape that truth into a business model that people could say yes to and get on board with. (Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see what Max said after that session.)

Within weeks he had offered his Step Up and Lead Retreat for people ready to use their own growth to become Enlightened Entrepreneurs and began changing the lives of his clients at the deepest possible level by using all of his own personal development work and knowledge and training and heart to help others take the inner/outer journey of enlightenment through business.

Today, Max is a model of what’s possible for everyone with a big message, a big calling, a big vision and a big heart.  By continuing to say yes to his own evolution, his business is reaching tens of thousands of people and on its way to reaching millions.  And he’s integrating that business with his life and the truth of who he really is.

The event Max has created here is a representation of what’s possible with evolution.  A living model of the new paradigm in action.

You (the people in the room at the Your Big Launch Event) are in the best place possible to have the exact same kind of a shift Max had – from losing money or frustrated and uncertain about what to do next into a life of service, connection, collaboration, and deep meaning.

You are in the right place.  This is the next step in your evolution.  Say yes to it. Keep saying yes even when it’s really scary.

Let’s welcome the man who keeps saying yes, even when he’s scared, even when he doesn’t know what to do or where the money is going to come from, let’s welcome Max Simon.

That’s what I would have said. If I had been more present and less distracted by my own personal stuff.

But, I didn’t.  I said something else that was okay, I’m sure, but not nearly as good as this would have been.

So rather than beating myself up for what I didn’t say, I’ve decided to say it here.

    Alexis,
I stood proud in the back as I listened to what you said..it was truly beautiful.. You emphasized connection, and I have to tell you Max is exactly that..he provides the space to connect to yourself, to your vision, and to an amazing community…and if it wasnt for the space that Max creates and represents , I would never have been able to be who I am today..I would not have been able to say Yes.. I said Yes to showing up because of connection..that was the first step in being able to take the second..and now you get to have said both…equally important..
